French-Style Eggs
Instructions
Using 4 cocotte (baked porcelain containers), pour in the cream, each immediately after, rompeteci in the egg, add the melted butter, salt, a sprinkle of pepper and cook in the oven already warm for about 5 minutes until the egg white has curdled.
Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
