Cream eggs
Instructions
8 Berry cocotte baked butter and place in each 1 Crouton.
Break 1 egg into each cocottina.
Drizzle each egg with some butter, salt, parmesan cheese and cover with the cream.
Put your Berry cocotte in a pan with hot water and bake in a water bath in a hot oven for about 10 minutes.

- 8 fried bread croutons
- 80 g of butter
- Fresh cream
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
