Trout with herbs
Instructions
Bake in moderate heat, for 10 minutes, 4 salmon trout fillets with 40 g of butter.
Apart from FRY to fire 60 g butter cake with 1 teaspoon chopped chives, 1 teaspoon chopped basil leaves and 1 teaspoon chopped mint leaves.
Combine 2 egg yolks and 1 small glass of cream stirring constantly.
Add salt, pepper and pour this sauce over trout fillets.
Serve immediately.

- 4 salmon trout fillets
- 100 g of butter
- Salt
- 1 teaspoon of chopped chives
- 1 teaspoon of chopped basil leaves
