Instructions

Wash, gutting, 4 trout, dry flour and seasoning them with salt and paprika.

FRY in butter on both sides and place on serving dish contornandole with 500 g of boiled potatoes and slice.

Sprinkle with chopped parsley and drizzle with 100 g of melted butter.

Go to small heat oven until ready to serve.
