Brandy trout
Instructions
Mix the chopped pine nuts with breadcrumbs, parsley, brandy, butter, salt and pepper.
Fill with the mixture in the belly of the trout.
Colorirle into the hot oil.
Turn with a spatula and place them just Golden, on a serving dish, sprinkle with lemon juice and serve.

- 4 trout
- 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons of melted butter
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of brandy
- 2 tablespoons of pine nuts
- 1 lemon (juice)
- Pepper
- Salt
