Instructions
Carefully clean the fish, wash them under water current revenues and let drain for about 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, bring a large pan rather than oil and spolverizzerete ungerete of breadcrumbs and salt.
When the fish will get kicked out the last remnants of water, dry with a paper towel and season with salt, pepper, parsley, roughly chopped garlic and place them neatly.
Finally, add a little more salt, oil, breadcrumbs and bake in preheated oven for about 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
Serve hot.
