Trenette with sardines
Instructions
Clean and open to book the sardines; Meanwhile, boil the water for the pasta with a big tuft of wild fennel and salt.
In a skillet to braise the onion with a little water; Add oil, drained and chopped fennel, 4 large spoonfuls of chopped peeled tomatoes, sardines, a handful of raisins and pinenuts, salt.
Cook ten minutes, mixing everything together and pulping the sardines.
Cook the pasta in the boiling water, adding fennel 1 sachet of Saffron.
Drain the pasta and pass it into the pan with the sauce.

- 350 g of type trenette pasta
- 16 sarde
- Fresh fennel
- 1 onion
- 4 tablespoons of peeled tomatoes
- 1 handful of sultanas
- 1 handful of pine nuts
- 1 sachet of saffron
- Olive oil
- Salt
