Trenette with herbs
Instructions
Dip the herbs in a large pot of boiling water, when the water will boil add the trenette and lead to firing.
Heat the oil with the garlic to remove as soon as golden.
Drain pasta and vegetables, season with oil and grated cheese.

- 350 g of type trenette pasta
- 600 g of herbs
- 8 tablespoons of olive oil
- 50 g of grated asiago d'allevo
- 1 clove of garlic
- Salt
