Grilled tuna steaks
Instructions
In a bowl, place olive oil, Sage leaves, chopped Rosemary, bay leaf, cloves garlic cut in half, sliced chopped shallots and black peppercorns and mustard, chopped coarsely.
Mix well all the ingredients, then put into the tuna slices, cover with a sheet of plastic wrap and let marinate for 2-3 hours.
After this time, drain the slices of fish from marinade, salt them on both sides and cook on the grill for about 10 minutes.
---White Wine: Castel del Monte or Greco di Santacroce.

- 4 tuna steaks (200 g each)
- 20 cl of olive oil
- 4 leaves sage
- 1 leaf of laurel
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 shallot
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper in grains
- 1 teaspoon of mustard grains
- Salt
