Puff pastry pie
Instructions
Carefully wash the salad, then drain and cut it into very small pieces.
Soon after, in a pan, melt the butter and sauté the finely chopped onion.
Add the Endive and allow it to cook for about 15 minutes.
When cooked, add salt, pepper and add the flour, cream sauce, pine nuts, grated Parmesan, egg yolk, chopped black olives, and stir thoroughly until mixture is homogenous.
Flatten the pastry thawed, now clad in a buttered baking dish and edges pour the contents.
Bake in hot oven for about 20-25 minutes at 200 degrees.

- 250 g of frozen puff pastry (not sweet)
- 1 head of witlof riccia (curly endive)
- 1 white onion
- 1 pack of cream
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 12 pitted black olives
- 1 tablespoon of pine nuts
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tablespoon of grated parmesan cheese
- Butter
- Salt
- Pepper
