Instructions

In a bowl beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper, add the minced basil leaves washed and ragged with his hands.

Pour half of the mixture in a baking pan and pass it in a hot oven at 200 degrees for 5 minutes.

Remove the Pan from the oven as soon as the eggs will be curdled and place over the courgette flowers cleansed and whole.

Sprinkle with the grated emmenthal cheese pour over the egg mixture and bake in hot oven at 250 degrees for 10 minutes.
