Instructions

11197 SPICY EGGS IN SAUCE INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 4 eggs, 2 ripe tomatoes, 1 onion, 1 clove of garlic, 2 slices of fresh ginger, 1/2 teaspoon coriander seeds, red chilli to taste, 1/2 teaspoon of curry powder, 20 g olive oil, 700 g of water, salt and pepper.

In a separate pot pour the oil, add the onion, garlic, ginger and all the spices and FRY for about 3 minutes.

Add the tomatoes and curry, add salt and cook for 10 minutes.

Pour the hot sauce over the eggs and let cool.

Serve cold.
