Instructions
Melt the butter in a double boiler and add the flour, then the egg yolks, the sugar and yeast.
Work the mixture without mixing, ' sbriciolandolo '.

Then blend the ricotta with the sugar and alkermes.
Knead the dough well.
Grease and flour a round pan (30 cm diameter), place about half of pasta ' crumbled ', cover it with the stuffing and with the remaining dough.
Bake at 200 degrees and cook for 30-35 minutes.
Serve cold powdered with icing sugar.
