Crumbled cake
Instructions
Prepare the filling by mixing the ricotta, the macaroons finely chopped, milk, 5 tablespoons sugar, 1 whole egg, chocolate (nutella if it is particularly delicious).
Put the mixture in the refrigerator.
In a bowl, put the flour, 100 g of butter, baking powder, 100 g sugar, 1 whole egg.
Work the dough with your hands: the result is not very compact paste (' crumbled ').
Grease a cake tin, sprinkle the bottom with half of the dough, put over the filling and cover with the other half of the dough.
Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
Once prepared keep in the refrigerator, for two reasons:-do not ruin the ricotta; -the cake it softens.

- For the dough:
- 300 g of flour
- 100 g of butter
- 100 g of sugar
- 1 sachet of yeast
- == 1 whole egg
- For the filling:
- 250 g of ricotta
- 200 g of amaretti biscuits
- 4 tablespoons of milk
- 5 tablespoons of sugar
- == 1 whole egg
- Some scales of chocolate
- Nutella (optional)

- Butter
