Potato Cake (2) (Torta di Patate (2))
Instructions
Turn on the oven to 180 degrees.
Peel and wash the potatoes.
Grease a baking dish and finely slice the potatoes and cheese.
Place at the bottom of the pan with a layer of potato slices, each slice slightly overlaps the previous one.
Sprinkle with Rosemary and cover with some slices of cheese.
Repeat the layers, alternating potatoes and cheese and ending with a layer of potatoes.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper and Rosemary and pour flush with a little olive oil.
Place in the oven and bake for about 1 hour, or until the potatoes are tender.

- 1000 g of potatoes
- 300 g of cheeses (fontina cheese, gruyere cheese, mozzarella)
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- Pepper
- Rosemary
