Walnut and honey cake
Instructions
Prepare the pastry.
In a saucepan, caramelize the sugar over low heat.
When you become Gold join and cream, stirring, one tablespoon of honey and walnuts.
Let cool.
Divide the pastry into two parts.
Half pull to browse and foderatevi a baking dish making it up along the edge.
Spread mixture over nuts.
Cover with the other half of the pastry rolled out to disk.
Close pressing the edges, brush with egg yolk and cook in the oven at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
Serve it cold.
