Instructions

18235 WALNUT and honey CAKE INGREDIENTS 4 PEOPLE 300 g flour, 200 g butter, 200 g sugar, 100 g walnuts, 200 c.

c.

milk, 2 tablespoons honey, 1 tablespoon of baking powder, 2 eggs.

Knead 50 g of butter 100 g of sugar with just enough to obtain a foamy cream.

Add the beaten eggs and milk, flour, baking powder, mix well and pour into a buttered rectangular pan.

Melt the remaining butter in a saucepan; combine sugar, honey and 2 tablespoons milk.

Withdrawn from heat and mix the ingredients until a smooth cream and last add the chopped walnuts.

Pour into the mould and bake the cake in preheated oven (200) for 45 minutes.
