Mustard chops
Instructions
Brown chops in half the butter, season with salt, pepper and sprinkle with breadcrumbs mixed with herbs.
Low-flame cooking for 10 minutes turning a couple of times.
Remove the meat from the Pan and keep them warm.
Combine 2 tablespoons cooking water, the rest of the butter, chopped shallots, mustard and stir.
Put the meat in the Pan and let stand for 3-4 minutes.

- 4 pork chops
- 4 shallots
- 30 g of breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon of mustard
- 1 tablespoon of mixed herbs
- 60 g of butter
- Salt
- Pepper
