Thrushes to fennel seeds
Instructions
Maturation: must be eaten immediately or at most two days of maturation in the lower part of the refrigerator.
Clean the thrush, cover them lightly salted water, add Bay leaves and crushed fennel seeds, take the boil and cook on medium heat.
Drain the thrushes, should not be completely cooked, put them in a terracotta pot and cover.
So prepared Mockingbirds are preserved for quite some time.

- 1 tablespoon of fennel seeds
- 3 leaves of laurel
- Full-bodied dry white wine
- Salt
