Tonno alla ligure
Instructions
Chop the parsley and garlic and sauté in a pan with oil and anchovy fillets.
To find mushrooms in a little water, squeeze, chop and combine the mixture.
Sprinkle with wine and add the tuna.
Cook for 10 minutes.

- 160 g of fresh tuna
- 10 g of dried mushrooms
- 15 g of salted anchovies
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Parsley
- Garlic
- 1 dash of white wine
