Instructions
Cut the tuna in trance 1 cm high.
In a pan, prepare a fried with oil, garlic, onion, parsley and mushrooms soaked in lukewarm water and wrung, all finely chopped.
Mix in the fried anchovies washed and without bones, pour the wine and 1 tablespoon flour.
Let stand for 6-7 minutes and combine the tuna with 1 pinch of pepper, salt and spices.
Cover the Pan and Cook, moderate focus, for about 1 hour.
