Instructions

In a large saucepan low heat three tablespoons of oil with a clove of garlic cut into fillets.

Lay the tuna slices, cover with two tablespoons of water, adjust salt and pepper, sprinkle a little chopped parsley.

Cook, over low heat, covered, for about 20 minutes.

At the last minute sprinkle with two tablespoons of very strong vinegar, let it evaporate and serve.

Accompanying wines: Pinot Grigio Trentino "sparkling wine" Verdicchio Di Matelica DOC "sparkling wine" DOC, Torbato "Spumante" WINE Of Sardinia.
