Instructions

Cook the breast in a pan with oil, onion, celery, carrot, Bay leaves, cloves, salt and pepper.

Cover with water and bring to a boil, skim and then lower the heat and cook for 90 minutes.

Refrigerate well so that it can be cut into thin slices; arrange on a serving dish, cover with tuna sauce and decorated with pickles.
