Instructions

On a half slice of bread campagnolo place the ham slices, then some tomato washer and cover with the other half slice of bread; then sprinkle with plenty of grated gruyere.

Pepper to taste and passed under the hot grill for 3-4 minutes.

Complete with 1 egg cooked in a nonstick saucepan, an anchovy fillet and 2 black olives.
