Tinga de puebla
Instructions
Bake the meat into small pieces in salted water until it is tender.
Finely chop tomatoes, parsley and onion and saute in oil.
Add a little broth and the meat pieces, add salt and allow to mix the ingredients.
Just before turning off the fire combine chopped chilies and, if necessary, a little broth; allow to dry.
Serve with avocado and lettuce leaves.

- 800 g of beef
- 2 tomatoes
- == 1 large onion
- 1 handful of parsley
- 2 green chillies in vinegar
- 2 avocado
- 1 head of lettuce salad
- Salt
