Instructions

Thaw the artichokes and cut into wedges.

Cut the potatoes into slices lengthwise.

In a pan place the potatoes and artichokes, add chopped garlic and parsley, salt and pepper, a glass of water and drizzle with oil.

Bake at high heat for 30 minutes.
