Lobster canapés (Tartine All'aragosta)
Instructions
Boil in salted water, drain shrimp, sgusciateli and mince; knead the proceeds with the softened butter and spread it on slices of bread; above get a leaf of lettuce and a slice of lobster.
Serve immediately without putting in the fridge

- 4 slices of white sliced bread
- 100 g of shrimp
- 80 g of boiled lobster meat
- Butter
- Lettuce salad
- Salt
