Lobster canapés
Instructions
In a bowl mix the mayonnaise with the tablespoon of brandy and a few drops of salsa rubra.
Deprived of the slices of bread crust, cut them in half.
Gently spread them with mayonnaise, lay a slice of lobster and decorated with a sprig of thyme.
Accompanying wines: Sauvignon DOC Collio, Colli Martani Grechetto DOC, Vermentino Di Sardegna DOC.

- Integral bread
- 1 small boiled lobster tail
- Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon of brandy
- Salsa rubra
- Thyme
