Avocado tartlets
Instructions
Peel and chop Avocados.
Beat them with a teaspoon of lemon juice filtered to the strainer.
In a bowl mix the petit suisse with two tablespoons of cream until a creamy mixture and then carefully fold the mashed avocado.
Adjust salt and pepper.
The small pastries filled with the mixture.
Wash tomatoes, cut them in half and take away seeds, sprinkle the pretzels internally, tip one and let lose a little water.
Place in the middle of each tartelletta a Basil leaf and half a tomato

- 4 cheese petit-suisse
- Some cherry tomatoes
- 2 ripe avocado
- Cream
