Tagliolini with herbs
Instructions
Put to boil water (at least 3 l) in a large pot.
Meanwhile prepare the other ingredients chopping herbs and cut tomatoes.
Heat the oil in a pan and put on lively enough flame.
Add parsley, thyme, oregano, Rosemary, basil, tomatoes, salt and pepper and let Cook for about a minute.
Salt the water, enjoy the noodles al dente and drain.
Pour into the pan the dough, the butter and the Parmesan.
Mix well together with herbs.
Transfer the preparation in a warm serving dish and garnish with the remaining parsley.
Serve immediately, bringing to the table a little bowl of grated Parmesan.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 cl of olive oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoon of fine chopped parsley
- 1 sprig of finely chopped fresh thyme
- 1 tablespoon of finely chopped fresh oregano
- 1 tablespoon of finely chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 tablespoon of fresh basil leaves, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons of peeled tomatoes chopped seedless
- Salt
- Freshly ground pepper
- 250 g of type pasta noodles
- 25 g of softened butter
- 25 g of grated parmesan cheese
