Pass through a sieve the ricotta.
Melt the butter in a double boiler, combine with great delicacy, stemperarla with ricotta cream and get slightly warm.
Boil the pasta and toss with the cheese sauce, sprinkle them with cocoa, cinnamon, a pinch of salt and a little pepper.
Stir and serve.
