Green Noodles (Tagliatelle in Verde)
Instructions
Boil the beans for 5 minutes in boiling salted water, add the noodles and cook them.
In a bowl beat the egg yolks with the cream, salt, pepper, pour the noodles and green beans, drizzle with butter and Parmesan, fontina, cut into flakes, sprinkle with chopped basil, mix everything together and serve.

- 400 g of type pasta tagliatelle all'uovo
- 300 g of frozen green beans
- 50 G = = Cream
- 80 g of fontina cheese
- 40 g of butter
- 2 eggs
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Basil
