Tagliatelle in bloom
Instructions
Clean the Zucchini Flowers and divide them into petals.
Wash, check the zucchini and, with the special tool, cut them into thin sticks.
Chop the onion, soffriggetela in the oil and add the courgettes and flowers.
You add a couple of minutes then rinsed with half a glass of water which melted the saffron and cook 15 minutes.
the courgettes must discard lightly to mix the dough.
Add salt and pepper.
Meanwhile boil the noodles al dente.
Drain, pour into the bowl of dressing, add the cheese and mix well.
Serve immediately.

- 300 g of fresh tagliatelle pasta type
- 8 zucchini flowers
- 2 zucchini
- == 1 small onion
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- 1 sachet of saffron
- 2 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
