Stuffed turkey
Instructions
Soak 12 hours keep chestnuts and boil with the celery in soup.
Pass 1/3 through a sieve.
Stir in crumbled sausage, chestnuts and whole, salt, brandy, pepper.
Stuff the Turkey, tie it, salt and pepper, wrap it with slices of bacon.
Wrap in parchment paper greased with butter.
Put it in the oven on a grid and put under a baking pan with broth.
Bake at 200 degrees for 2 hours.
With cooking and 1 lemon juice, serve.

- 1 boneless turkey (except thigh) of 3500 g
- 600 g of dried chestnuts
- 1 stalk of celery
- 750 g of sausage
- 3 tablespoons of brandy
- Some slices of pork lard
- Broth
- 1 lemon
- Salt
- Pepper
