Turkey tidbits, chicory and grapefruit
Instructions
Extract of morsels from Turkey thighs, pass them in sesame seeds and flour and sautee in a wok, anointed with oil, with chicory previously washed, salting and peppering as you wish.
Extract of cloves by grapefruit and squeeze the rest of the fruit.
Compose the dish and serve the juice in a shot glass and the pieces with the slices on the plate.

- 1 pink grapefruit
- Sesame seeds
