Sauté the radicchio in a pan with oil, salt, pepper, pine nuts and raisins; stuff the Turkey slice and roll it up like a roulade, flour, pass it in the beaten eggs and chopped walnuts.
Sauté in a pan with butter and finish cooking in the oven.
Blanch the beans and sauté in a pan with olive oil, chopped onion and tomato; lead to firing.
Breadcrumb the roulade and serve him.
