Braised in wine
Instructions
Cut the meat into small pieces and put it to flavour wine.
Cut the onion thinly and let it wilt in olive oil over low heat, so that it doesn't dry out too.
Wash, clean and cut the radicchio rather late, add it to the onion and let it simmer for a few minutes.
Add the meat and wine, season with salt and cook for 10 minutes.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 500 g of beef chops rather thin cut
- 1 glass red wine
- 1 head of radicchio di treviso
- 1 onion
- Olive oil
- Salt
