Instructions

FRY in 4 tablespoons oil 2 minced onions and seasoning them with salt, 1/2 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon flour.

Cook for 3 minutes, pour in 1/2 liter of water and bring to a boil.

Join 1000 g leeks, washed and cut into pieces of about 3 cm with 3 tablespoons rice.

Cover, lower the heat and cook for 20 minutes.

Add salt.

Serve at room temperature.
