Stockfish filling
Instructions
Mix the breadcrumbs with the chopped garlic, whole olives and oil just enough to obtain a homogeneous compound.
Fill the stockfish, Rosemary and butter flakes.
Roll the fish and tie with kitchen Twine.
Simmer gently for about 2 hours in 1/2 glass of water, wine and plenty of oil.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 stockfish from 500 g
- 300 g of grated breadcrumbs
- 300 g of pitted olives
- 30 g of butter
- 4 cloves of garlic
- Rosemary
- 1/2 cup of white wine
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
