Stockfish with raisins and pine nuts
Instructions
In a frying pan Brown garlic in oil and sliced onion; combine chopped tomatoes and after a few minutes the pine nuts, raisins, salt and pepper.
Bake 10 minutes at moderate fire; combine salted stockfish into pieces on the surface and cook covered 5-6 minutes per side.
Sprinkle with parsley and let it sit.

- 800 g of spider quality stockfish (unsalted) already soaked
- 400 g of peeled tomatoes
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 onion
- Olive oil extra virgin
- 30 g of sultanas
- 30 g of pine nuts
- Sea salt
- 4 grains of white pepper
- Parsley
