Remove the tuna from the liquid of preserves and blended, then work it with butter.
Combine the egg yolks and cream, stirring gently.
Season with salt and pepper.
Beat the egg whites until foamy and embed them to compound with a movement from bottom to top.
Fill a mold with the mixture, leveling the surface.
Leave in the fridge for 6-8 hours.
