Tuna Mousse (Spuma di Tonno)
Instructions
Drain tuna and blend for 2 minutes, cut the butter into pieces and add to the bluefin tuna continue to blend until the mixture has the texture of a mousse.
Combine beaten egg a little at a time, mixing with a wooden spoon.
Put the mixture into a mold to be placed in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Cover the mold with a cloth soaked in warm water, Invert on a platter and serve.
