Instructions

00903 TUNA MOUSSE and HERB CHEESE INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 150 g of tuna in oil, a pack of cheese and herb garlic, Zucchini, carrots, artichokes, Drained tuna, sbriciolatelo and mix with the cheese until mixture is homogenous.

Wash the vegetables, peeled carrots but not the courgettes and cut both sticks lengthwise.

Clean the artichokes by removing the tough outer leaves and hay inside wash them, cut them into wedges and keep them in water acidulated with lemon juice until ready to use.

Serve the mousse accompanying it with raw vegetables.
