Spirals with speck
Instructions
Beat 4 eggs with salt and pepper and prepared 4 eggrolls thin, in a non-stick pan greased with oil.
Spread them with Philadelphia Light and sprinkle with fennel seeds, crushed.
Sprinkle over slices of bacon fat private.
Wrap the eggrolls on themselves to form of spring rolls and place in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
Cut into slices and serve with seasonal salad topped with a sauce made with 1 teaspoon of mustard mixed with a bit of olive oil, wine vinegar, salt and pepper.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 2 punnets of philadelphia cheese light (125 g)
- 4 eggs
- 100 g of speck
- 1 teaspoon of fennel seeds
- Salt
- Pepper
- To serve:
- 1 teaspoon of mustard
- Little of olive oil
- Wine vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
