Spinach Salad (Spinaci in Insalata)
Instructions
Rub a salad bowl with a clove of garlic.
Wash and dry the spinach.
Mash with hands in Bowl.
Thinly slice the leek and celery and spinach.
Season with salt, vinegar and oil.
Decorate with the hard-boiled egg cut into wedges.
