Spinach with anchovy
Instructions
Wash spinach, wash and boil them with the only water that remains attached to the leaves during washing by putting a pinch of salt.
Just cooked them under water and squeeze well.
Melt the butter in a saucepan along with clove of crushed garlic and anchovy fillets; allow to dissolve them, then pour in spinach, pepper and turn them over several times in the condiment because it insaporiscano well.
Remove the garlic and serve on a serving dish.
