Chicken skewers
Instructions
Carefully wash the citrus, using a brush if necessary.
Grate the skins and squeeze the juice from both.
Using a bowl, pour the juice, 1 tablespoon of oil extra virgin olive oil, zests, salt and pepper.
Dip the chicken into cubes and let them marinate for about 2 hours in the refrigerator.
Later, infilzateli in 8 wooden skewers and broil for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, whisk the marinade sauce with basil, the yoghurt and Mint.
Finally, sprinkle the sauce with yoghurt on hot skewers and serve immediately.
