Fruit shrimp skewers
Instructions
Wash apples and apricots and dry them perfectly.
Cut the apricots in half and remove the core and cut the apples into quarters, remove the core and cut each clove in half, soaked with 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
Take 16 wooden skewers and put in each a piece of Apple, a shrimp and half apricot.
Salt and pepper lightly kebabs.
Heat the oil in a large frying pan, lay the skewers and let them Brown for a few minutes on both sides, when the shrimp turn red sprayed with Cognac and afterwards with lemon juice.
Drain the skewers from the seasoning and serve hot with pepper and lemon wedges.

- 16 fresh prawns
- 8 apricots
- 2 golden apples
- 1 lemon
- 2 cups of cognac
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
