Barbecued skewers
Instructions
Cut all the meat pieces, having took care to leave it in the freezer for about 1 hour.
Except for the sausage, put all other pieces in a bowl with salt and lemon, letting them soak for 1/2 hour.
At this point after cutting to pieces, salt and pepper (the same magnitude of the flesh), you can begin to put the pieces of different meat on skewers, intervallandoli occasionally with the peppers.
While the embers will take the right consistency, prepare a sauce with olive oil and lemon and Sage.
Put on the grill the skewers, and while baking, sprinkle with the sauce, using a sprig of Rosemary.
Cook until the meat is browned.
Serve hot.

- 1/2 chicken breast
- 4 sausages
- 1/2 turkey breast
- 1 slice of roast
- == 1 yellow pepper
- Rosemary
- Sage
- Salt
- 1 lemon
- 1 cup of olive oil
