Cheese skewers
Instructions
Arrange the smoked scamorza cheese cubes in a large bowl, season with salt, pepper, olive oil extra virgin and let them stand for about 10 minutes.
Cut bread slices into cubes, big as those of smoked and toasted them in a hot oven for about 5 minutes at 250 degrees.
Then, stick the skewer the cubes of bread and cheese, alternating them, put them in a baking dish and cook in very hot oven for about 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a pan, FRY in hot oil anchovy fillets in olive oil, crushing them with a fork until dissolved.
Finally, served hot kebabs, seasoned with anchovy sauce.
